Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "phpruby," "we," "us," "our" — refers to phpruby Casino, the operator of the website accessible at phpruby.org and all associated mobile and web-based interfaces.
• "Platform" — refers to the phpruby website, gaming interface, account management system, and all services offered therein.
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on the phpruby Platform or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered account held by a Player on the phpruby Platform.
• "Wallet" — refers to the in-Platform balance associated with a Player's Account, used for placing bets and receiving winnings.

• "PAGCOR" — Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the Philippine government body regulating online gaming operations within the jurisdiction.

Eligibility & Registration

Access to the phpruby Platform and all gaming services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that all of these conditions are met and continue to be met throughout your use of the Platform.

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times while holding an Account on the phpruby Platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register Player accounts.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to confirm the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You may hold only one (1) Account on the phpruby Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate closure.

• phpruby reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phpruby Account credentials, including your username and password. phpruby will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. Each Account is for the exclusive use of the registered account holder.
• You must notify phpruby support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization. phpruby may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation.
• phpruby will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from phpruby that asks for your password should be treated as unauthorized and reported to phpruby support.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended and may be required for certain withdrawal amounts as a security measure.
• phpruby reserves the right to force a password reset if it detects unusual login activity associated with your Account.

Deposits

phpruby accepts deposits via the payment methods currently listed on the Platform, which include but are not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods are subject to change at phpruby's discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount on phpruby is Philippine Peso (₱) 100, unless a specific promotion specifies a higher minimum deposit to qualify.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. phpruby does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Deposits are credited to your phpruby Wallet upon confirmation of cleared funds. GCash and Maya deposits typically credit within 30 seconds. Bank transfer timelines vary by institution.
• phpruby does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may charge transaction fees independent of the phpruby Platform. These fees are your responsibility.
• phpruby reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears to be associated with fraudulent activity.
• Deposits made using funds acquired through illegal means constitute a breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your phpruby Wallet are subject to the following conditions. phpruby is committed to fast processing — GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes under standard conditions.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the identity on file with phpruby. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The preferred withdrawal method will be the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability.
• KYC documentation — including government-issued photo ID and proof of address — must be submitted and approved before your first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may trigger additional verification at phpruby's discretion.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to full satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• phpruby reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts above certain thresholds established by internal compliance policy.
• If a withdrawal is reversed for any reason — including failed identity verification — the funds will be returned to your phpruby Wallet.

Bonuses & Promotions

phpruby offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as published on the phpruby Platform, in addition to these general bonus terms.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. phpruby reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific Player segments, geographic regions, or account verification statuses.
• Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your Wallet. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Games with high RTPs or low house edges may contribute at a reduced percentage or not at all. The game contribution list is published on each promotion page.
• phpruby reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any promotional offer at any time with or without notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, collusive play, or exploitation of errors in bonus calculations — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• phpruby may impose maximum bet limits while a bonus is active on your Account. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum may not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

By placing a bet on the phpruby Platform, you agree to the following general betting rules. Game-specific rules are published within each game or game category on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. phpruby does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in the circumstances described below.
• phpruby reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by a technical error, odds error, incomplete or incorrect data feed, or any other system malfunction that caused the bet to be offered or settled incorrectly.
• In the event of a game round being interrupted due to a technical failure before it is completed, the round will be resolved according to the game's published disconnection policy, which may result in a refund of the bet amount or a replay of the round.
• All game outcomes on the phpruby Platform are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. phpruby does not manipulate game outcomes and does not permit any external influence on game results.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Variance is a normal part of gaming.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpruby Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information, identity documents, or payment details.
• Money Laundering: Using the phpruby Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. phpruby is required to report suspicious transaction activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.
• Collusion: Colluding with other Players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including multi-accounting, coordinated bonus farming, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Unauthorized Software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, card readers, data scrapers, or any software designed to provide an unfair advantage or interfere with the operation of the phpruby Platform.
• Chargebacks: Filing an unauthorized payment dispute or chargeback against a deposit made to phpruby. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their Accounts suspended pending investigation, and any balance may be withheld.
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players, live dealers, or phpruby staff in any communication channel provided by the Platform.

Responsible Gaming

phpruby is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following tools and policies are in place on the phpruby Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours after a request to raise them.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders in their Account settings. phpruby will display a notification when the set session duration has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. • Account Cooling-Off: Players may request a temporary Account cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without permanently closing their Account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the phpruby Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, interface design, text, and data — is the intellectual property of phpruby or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phpruby Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or create derivative works of any content from the phpruby Platform without prior written consent.
• You may not scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the phpruby Platform by automated means.
• The phpruby name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of phpruby. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use phpruby's trademarks without prior written authorization.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phpruby's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as set out in this section.

• phpruby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming opportunity, loss of anticipated winnings, or interruption of service due to technical failure.
• phpruby shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, government action, telecommunications outages, or any event outside phpruby's reasonable control.
• phpruby's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits phpruby's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the phpruby Platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. phpruby does not guarantee that the Platform is legal or appropriate in all locations.

Account Suspension & Closure

phpruby reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that a Player is under the age of 21.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Chargebacks filed against deposits or payment disputes initiated by the Player.
• Discovery that a Player holds multiple Accounts on the Platform.
• A Player's request for permanent self-exclusion.
• A regulatory direction or court order requiring Account closure.

Upon permanent Account closure not caused by a Player's breach of these Terms, phpruby will process a final withdrawal of the real-money balance to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe after completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable upon Account closure in breach cases.

Dispute Resolution

phpruby aims to resolve all Player complaints fairly and promptly. If you have a dispute relating to your Account, a game outcome, a bonus, or any other aspect of the phpruby Platform, the following process applies:

3. Final Decision: phpruby will issue a final written decision on escalated complaints. This decision constitutes phpruby's final position on the matter.

For disputes relating to game outcomes, phpruby's server-side game logs are the definitive record. phpruby's determination of game outcomes based on certified system logs is final and binding.

Privacy

phpruby collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the phpruby Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phpruby may be required to share player data with PAGCOR or other Philippine regulatory bodies in accordance with applicable gaming regulations. phpruby will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Amendments to These Terms

phpruby reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the phpruby Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes — such as changes to withdrawal procedures, bonus terms, or Player rights — phpruby will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
